YES! This will always be the case for all our products. Our products are sent in unmarked packages with no branding or logos. There may be a barcode and an "M" or an "L" on the box but there will be nothing to indicate the contents. Furthermore, our name will appear as Cottontails (with an "s") on your credit card bill so anyone that inadvertently sees it will not know what the company is or be able to Google it. Your privacy it a top priority for us.

We strive to get our orders out as fast as possible and often on the same day; however, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing.

A plastic-backed version is definitely on our radar, but don’t hold your breath for it this year. For our debut, we went with a cloth-backed design because it's super comfy and sneakily quiet under clothes (perfect for those ninja-level stealth missions out in the world or just chillin' at home).

If you've tried cloth in the past and weren’t impressed, we get it—but hear us out! These aren’t your grandma’s cloth diapers (or some of the questionable ones still floating around). Ours are 100% waterproof, so you get the reliable protection of plastic with the soft, quality comfort of cloth. Give them a second shot—you might just be pleasantly surprised!

We’d absolutely love to offer more sizes—and we’re dreaming big for the future! For now, though, we’ve got two trusty options: medium and large. Why just two? Well, our manufacturing partner has some pretty hefty minimum order requirements for each size, and as a scrappy little startup, we had to make some tough choices. We picked the sizes we thought would be most popular to start, and we’re crossing our fingers (and toes!) that we’ll be able to expand the lineup as we grow. Generally our sizing is on the smaller side versus other leading ABDL brands. The reason for this is twofold. First, we designed our diapers to be worn out under clothes and thus we have a more streamlined snugger fitting cut to help conceal them better. Secondly, these diapers are packed with absorbent fluff pulp and an extra sprinkle of high quality SAP so they can hold A LOT. Thus, we've found the added absorbency makes them a little more snug then other diapers with similar dimensions. For users that typically straddle the boundary between medium and large we'd suggest sizing up.
